Dear friends and colleagues,

The 19th Annual ENETS Conference will be held as a hybrid event in Barcelona in light of the pandemic. Even as we progress in the fight against the pandemic, including a vaccination effort in full swing, some uncertainties remain. The hybrid event format enables limited in person participation (physical presence) as well as remote participation through a virtual and live conference platform.

To ensure the safety of our onsite participants, speakers, guests, and staff, we must adhere to health and safety measures set up to manage the flow of participants, record and limit in-person attendance, and follow a set of specific hygienic requires/social distancing. To ensure this, we are working very closely with CCIB staff at the event venue in Barcelona.

Registrations for this event are now open. Physical event tickets are initially limited.

If you are interested in attending any of the events, we suggest the following:

• Only book in-person (physical tickets) if you feel that you can attend the event(s) in Barcelona
• Try to avoid re-bookings (e.g. cancelling your physical for a virtual ticket) so as not to incur administration or handling fees
• Virtual tickets can be booked at any time – late bookings for virtual tickets are always possible
• Keep up to date with all the news on our website. If ticket restrictions are lifted, we will be the first to let you know.

If physical event tickets are sold out quickly, you can be added to a waiting list (in the event that physical tickets become available). Taking this broad and flexible approach in 2022, we remain hopeful that we can host the events without any limitations and restrictions.

More information will be provided on the ENETS conference website closer to the date. Please also additionally inform yourself prior to travelling.
