Abstracts submitted in hardcopy format will not be considered. The meeting organizers will not accept responsibility for any abstracts that have not been submitted according to the instructions.
Submitters must indicate whether they are submitting for presentation as a Free Paper, an ePoster, or a Video for the Film Festival by choosing the appropriate presentation category.

Each registered delegate (identified by email address) will be allowed to submit a total of 2 abstracts.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine whether a submission is accepted as a Free Paper, an ePoster, or a Video for the Film Festival. The Committee’s decision is final.
Important Note: A Presenting Author whose abstract has been accepted is required to register and pay the registration fee for the annual meeting by 8 April 2023, attend the meeting, and present the abstract.

Greetings from the APACRS!
After the success of the first, more streamlined in-person APACRS meeting since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, held in June 2022 in Seoul, South Korea, we are delighted to announce that the 35th APACRS will be back to our usual 3-full-day program, packed with education and updates on the latest trends and innovations.
The 35th APACRS annual meeting will be from Thursday to Saturday, 8 – 10 June 2023 at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. Our scientific committee is already planning a focused and relevant scientific program as has been our hallmark, with the theme “NEXUS – Connecting Everyone and Everything.”
Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm in our pursuit of ophthalmic advancement in the Asia-Pacific.

* To qualify for the Resident/Trainee/Fellow registration rate, a letter of verification from your department head or fellowship sponsor must accompany this registration and be emailed to registration@apacrs.org.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Replacement or cancellation requests must be notified in writing and received by the Conference Secretariat not later than 8 May 2023.
A handling charged of 3% of the registration fee and prevailing bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted from each cancelled registration. No refund will be given after 8 May 2023. Any refund will be processed after the annual meeting.
Onsite Loss of Name Badges
Name badges are to be worn at all times during the congress and social events. Please note that badges are non-transferable. Replacement for the loss of name badges onsite is charged at US$ 50 per badge.
