CANCELLATIONS:
- All types of tickets (physical and virtual) may be cancelled up until 31 January 2024 - A 50 EUR administration fee will apply. Tickets cancelled after this date will not be refunded.
- Name changes are possible at any time - A 50 EUR administration fee will apply.
- The deadline for exhibitors to cancel without a penalty is 11 January 2024.

Cancellation for all ticket types (on-site and virtual):
If the declaration of withdrawal / cancellation is received by event lab. GmbH by 31 January 2024, any registration fees already paid will be refunded minus an administrative fee of €50.00 per person. If the withdrawal / cancellation is received after this date or if the participant does not attend the event, the full fee for participation is payable.
