Abstract Submission Deadline:
- Thursday, August 15, 2024. Submission site closes at 1:00 PM Central Time.
October 2024:
- Abstract acceptance notification emails will be sent out in early October 2024.
- Late-Breaking Abstracts: Emails requesting submission of updated data will be sent to the Abstract Submitter.
- Thursday, October 24, 2024: Late-Breaking Abstract Data Submission Deadline. Site closes at 1:00 PM Central Time.
November 2024:
- End of November: Late-Breaking Acceptance notifications emails will be sent to the Abstract Submitter
December 2024:
- Change of presenting author deadline is Friday, December 20, 2024
January 2025:
- Deadline for all E-Poster submissions is Monday, January 16, 2025
- NANS 2025 Annual Meeting is Thursday, January 30 – Saturday, February 1, 2025
