In case conference is cancelled due to COVID-19, registration fees will be refunded expect to cover the small costs incurred so far.
— Cancellations received prior to or on March 15, 2022 - Full refund ( EUR 50 to cover administration).
— Cancellation received after March 15th, 2022 - No refunds (100 % payment to be made if fees not already paid at the time of cancellation, no-show is not considered a cancellation)
There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
