Eligibility

AMP Regular members may submit abstracts. AMP Associate Members (trainees) or Non-members may submit an abstract only if an AMP Regular member sponsors their abstract. The AMP Regular member sponsor does not need to be an author on the abstract. If you are not a Regular Member of AMP, join now or renew your 2023 membership to submit your abstract today. You may submit an abstract and apply to join AMP on the same day, up to and through the submission deadline, however, we encourage you to join AMP in advance of the deadline! If you need to renew, log into your account at www.amp.org/myamp and click the Orders/Renewal on the left side menu.

*Abstract submissions in the "Other (e.g. Education)" topic category may include descriptions of novel educational approaches, innovative programs, pioneering technologies, etc. As with other abstract submissions, these abstract submissions must demonstrate the scientific method, i.e., describe the methodology and data collection, identify how to measure, analyze, and report outcomes, and provide conclusions. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed with the same criteria (see below).

I am excited to invite you to attend the Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP) 2023 Annual Meeting & Expo, which will take place November 14-18 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Please plan to join us on November 14 for Short Course Day, November 15 for Corporate Workshop Day, and November 16-18 for our Scientific Program.

AMP is the leading organization in the field of molecular diagnostics, and our annual meeting is widely considered the “premier gathering” of molecular professionals. As always, we will explore how cutting-edge technology and developments in molecular testing continue to have a major and direct impact on patient care. The AMP 2023 Program Committee is planning an impressive program to spark dialogue and engagement amongst attendees and exhibitors from around the world, and we look forward to welcoming you to discuss the latest in molecular diagnostics and network with friends and colleagues.

* A "Technologist" is an individual involved in the clinical practice and/or research aspects of molecular diagnostics whose primary duties involve bench work, developing and/or performing tests.

**A "Trainee" is a student, resident or fellow. AMP Membership is free for Trainees ) A letter from the Program Director is required for Trainees who are not AMP Associate members and must be submitted at the time of registration.

Recordings will be available in January 2024 for 3 years!
