We are glad to announce that the 97th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Gastric Cancer Association will be held on March 12–14, 2025, at the Nagoya Convention Hall, Nagoya Japan.
This conference is embellished with a long history and tradition. This is the first time that our university is holding this meeting. We are overwhelmed and thankful to all the members for this great honor.
Moreover, we are privileged to be able to host this crucial meeting that would contribute to the development of the study of gastric cancer.
Specialists in the field of gastric cancer treatment, including surgeons, physicians and pathologists, will be invited. The conference will highlight and share the latest research findings, clinical advances, and technological innovations related to gastric cancer and will provide participants with an opportunity to promote their learning and mutual interaction.
The theme of this year’s meeting is “Digital Innovation in Gastric Cancer Science”. In the recent years, the field of medicine has achieved remarkable innovation regarding AI diagnostics, robotic surgery, and the metaverse. These technologies currently provide innovations in gastric cancer treatment. In the academic meeting, we look forward to probing deeply into the possibilities generated by digital innovation, reveal policies and strategies for practice in the future, and share the excitement of pioneering a new era of medicine.
The participants of the meeting will find several opportunities to interact with outstanding researchers and experts from around the world and enjoy various programs. We believe that probing diversified topics, participating in discussions to deepen our knowledge, and collaborating with one another will enable us to contribute to the further development of gastric cancer treatment.
The Nagoya Convention Hall may seem small. However, it sits in an excellent location, providing us with a facility worthy of discussions on innovative medicine. We are certain that you will enjoy the discussions at the forefront of academia and the local culture and scenic beauty of the area.
Finally, we hope that this meeting will be beneficial to every participant and enrich interdisciplinary exchange. We would be delighted if you could take some time off from your busy schedule and join us.
We deeply appreciate your invaluable support.
