Fees

There is a non-refundable abstract fee of $35.00 USD per abstract, due at the time of abstract submission. Payments must be made via credit card on the submission site; checks will not be accepted.Please note: This abstract fee does not register you for the meeting. Those with abstracts that have been accepted must register separately in order to attend. The abstract submission fee is a non-refundable processing fee, and not based on approval of your abstract submission or attendance at the Annual Meeting. No refunds will be processed, even if an abstract is withdrawn.

Abstracts cannot be withdrawn after Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM, EDT.

Changes to Abstracts after Submission

You can edit abstracts in the submission site up until the submission deadline of Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM, EDT.

Notification

Abstract notifications will be sent Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Abstracts will be accepted based on clinical significance and scientifitc innovation. Abstracts falling outside of these perameters will not be accepted.
