2025年第41届欧洲人类生殖与胚胎学学会(ESHRE)年会将于2025年6月29日-7月2日在法国巴黎举行。ESHRE年会是生殖医学领域规模最大、最具影响力的年度国际会议之一,会议聚集了来自生殖医学、胚胎学、内分泌学、遗传学等多个领域内的专家学者,共同讨论该领域最新的研究成果、存在的争议和未来的发展方向。2019ESHRE年会有来自全球120多个国家和地区的12003名代表参加会议(其中中国代表429人)。

Submission deadline and general policies

All abstracts must be submitted 点此提交>here, via the ESHRE website by Monday, 3 February 2025 at 11:59 (noon) Central European Time (CET) at the latest.

There will be no extensions after the deadline.

Abstracts must be submitted in English only.

IMPORTANT! By default the corresponding author will also be the presenting author in case the abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation. Abstracts should only be submitted if the corresponding author plans to attend the Annual Meeting.

It is not allowed to change the corresponding/presenting author, nor is it allowed to make changes to the list of authors, the list of affiliations or the abstract itself after the corresponding/presenting author has received the outcome of the reviewing process. Ensure all details are accurate before submitting your abstract.

At submission, abstracts must contain unpublished, original material that has not been presented at any other meeting. It is also not allowed to submit the abstract to any other meeting that takes place before the ESHRE Annual Meeting. Each presenting author may only submit one abstract.

All abstracts will be reviewed anonymously, without the names and affiliations of the authors. Authors are requested to indicate their preference for oral and/or poster presentation on the abstract submission form. Abstracts submitted for oral/poster presentation, that are not selected for oral communication may be redirected to the poster sessions. The decisions of the selection committee are final. All accepted abstracts along with the index of authors will be published in an abstract book, which will be a supplement to the Human Reproduction Journals.

All abstracts will be reviewed and scored after which they will either be accepted for presentation or rejected. This process will take some time to complete and the outcome will be available no later than 25 April. At that time the submitter will be notified as to whether their abstract has been accepted or not.

Basic science, clinical science and paramedical abstracts will be considered for presentation in the following topic categories and authors are urged to carefully consider the topics, before indicating the single most appropriate topic for their abstract.

  • Reproductive (epi)genetics (incl. (epi)genetic causes of infertility, PGD, PGS, prenatal diagnosis)
  • Reproductive endocrinology (incl. ovarian reserve testing, ovarian stimulation, IVM, POI, PCOS, infancy, disorders of sexual development, puberty, adolescence, menopause)
  • Reproductive epidemiology, socio-cultural aspects and health economy (incl. cross border & developing countries)
  • Reproductive surgery (female and male)
  • Safety and quality of ART therapies (incl. guidelines, accreditation, EUTCD, certification, complications: premature labour, malformations, neonatal risks, multiple pregnancy, long term follow-up of children, imaging in ART)
  • Stem cells (inc. pluripotent stem cells (ESC-iPSC), somatic nuclear transfer, use of stem cells in reproduction, mesenchymal stem cells, artificial gametes, spermatogonial stem cells, oogonia, organoids, differentiation, pluripotency, regenerative medicine, CRISPR/CAS)

ESHRE Annual Meeting 2025 in Paris - Welcome

On behalf of the local organising committee, we are delighted to invite you to the 41st Annual Meeting of ESHRE. This great event will take place in the wonderful city of Paris, from 29 June to 2 July 2025.

The venue for the event will be the Paris convention Centre – Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, one of Europe’s largest congress centres. A green roof and a spacious interior offering amazing views of Paris. Located in the city, with all convenient transportation options (metro, tramway, bus, taxis) and just 15 minutes away from the historic heart of Paris.

Situated at the heart of Europe, Paris is easy to access, with two international airports: Paris Charles-de-Gaulle (23 km to the north) and Paris Orly (14 km to the south). Paris is a unique destination. The French capital offers everything you need to make your stay a memorable one, from its historical monuments and cultural dynamism (museums, theatres, concerts) to luxury shopping and world-renowned gastronomy.

At this meeting, you will get up-to-date insights on all fields related to human reproduction, one of the most critical domains for humanity. You will have the opportunity to attend 80+ scientific sessions, including 38 by invited expert speakers and 42 oral communications selected by a dedicated scientific committee. Additionally, there will be four exchange sessions with major fertility associations, four challenging debates, 13 poster sessions, and a live journal club allowing for rich discussions.

Topics will include genetics, global data on infertility, ART, PGT, endometriosis, ovarian stimulation, embryo research, male fertility, ethical considerations, fertility education, artificial intelligence, fertility preservation, novel surgical methods and more. You will also go home with the most recent ESHRE guidelines knowledge.

And don’t forget, on Sunday, 29 June, a selection of precongress courses will offer training on a variety of key topics.

Visitor registrations

In addition to the above, individuals who only wish to visit the in-person and/or virtual exhibit and Industry sponsored sessions can do so by registering as a Visitor. This option does not include access to the official scientific programme (i.e. precongress courses and main programme).

The visitor registration fee = 384,00 Euro (inclusive 20% French VAT)

 

The registration fee for the annual meeting includes:

- in-person attendance, whereby participants are physically present at the meeting venue
- a virtual connection with live-stream in real time that participants can join from anywhere
- admission to the main scientific programme, Precongress courses and the exhibition
- access to the sponsored sessions
- a certificate of attendance
- on-demand access post annual meeting

The registration fee for the Precongress Courses includes:
