In-person registration 

Registration fees for the in-person meeting which will take place in Kraków, Poland are as follows:

* To register as a member please purchase the ESVS membership **Trainee fee is applicable to individuals in their training period and who have not yet passed the FEBVS or any other examination ***Medical student registration category is applicable to medical students only. PhD students are required to register under Trainee category Trainee non-member; Nurse non-member; Medical student registration categories are subject to verification of status in the form of a letter from your Head of Department; a work pass copy or a copy of your student ID card ( for medical students)  

Presenting authors of accepted abstracts will receive a €100 discount on conference registration fees. The discount code will be provided to presenting authors after the presentation confirmation deadline on June 14th.

Additional tickets

Registration for on-site workshops: Workshop tickets can be purchased as from June 4th.

Networking dinner & Party: Experience an unforgettable evening at the Old Depot (Stara Zajezdnia Kraków) on September 26, 2024, from 19:30 to 00:30, featuring exceptional networking opportunities. Admission is priced at €85, inclusive of dinner and drinks until 22:30, along with access to the post-dinner party. Delegates can continue to enjoy refreshments after 22:30 by purchasing drinks at the cash bar.

Charity Run: Join us for our Charity Run on September 24th, 2024, at 18:00. For just €25, you’ll receive an official ESVS T-shirt. All proceeds from T-shirt sales will be donated to the ESVS Foundation

Welcome Reception: Join our welcome reception on the 25th of September at 18:00 at the lounge area on Level 2 of ICE Kraków.
