Please carefully read the instructions before submitting your abstract through the online submission module “BGS” system.
Once you sign up, you can also continue working on abstract until you finally decide to submit before the deadline.
This is an automated system that will allow you to put the information online for the authors, affiliations, abstract text (if required with special characters etc.) and keywords in a series of different window.
You can track the whole submission and evaluation procedure either within the system or by e-mail notification.
In case of submitting more than one abstract you can use the same login and password for each abstract via online submission module.
Instructions for Online Poster and (*) Case Studies / Clinical Grand Rounds Presentations
- All Abstracts should be submitted in English only. Abstracts submitted by e-mail, fax or post will NOT be accepted.
- The abstracts should be structured as follows: Background, Method, Results, Conclusion.
- The abstracts for poster presentations and case studies / clinical grand rounds should be submitted until January 22, 2024.
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee. Notification will be sent to the presenting authors by February 5, 2024.
(*) Cases selected for this section will be presented orally in the Grand Rounds during the symposium.
The presenting authors must register for the Symposium and present their poster onsite.
For the meeting registration, please visit the online registration and accommodation system section in the meeting official web page. If not, their presentation will be not allowed in the meeting scientific program and not printed in the Program and Abstract Book.

I am pleased to invite you to the 23rd Symposium of the International Immunocompromised Host Society (ICHS) that will take place between April 4-7, 2024 in Antalya, Turkey.
Together with renowned local and international experts the ICHS Program Committee has prepared a state-of-art scientific program that includes the most updated information about all aspects of infections and immunodeficiency. I am sure you all know that Symposia which have been organized by the Society since early 1980s have always provided a unique platform for both basic scientists and clinicians dealing with all aspects of immunocompromised host and 2024 Symposium will be no exception. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn the latest and pipeline developments in diagnosis and therapy derived from research of our corporate partners.
The conference venue, Antalya, is also a wonderful part of Turkish Riviera that is famous for its richness of culture and history. Combined with that, we promise you an unforgettable event and a feast of science during the Symposium which will enable the ICHS community to share experience, knowledge and to network.
