How to Submit an Abstract

1. Prepare your abstract submission

• Abstracts will be accepted through 22 April 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT
• Word limit for submitted abstracts is 1,900 characters (including spaces).
• Submitters will be asked for the name, email address, and institution of each author to be listed on the abstract.
• Images and figures submitted with abstracts are not publishable due to space constraints.
• ISEH does not restrict against abstracts or content that has been previously presented or published.
• If you are a student or postdoctoral fellow and applying for a travel grant, complete the application and include it with your abstract submission. Read below for specific travel grant criteria and requirements.

Full Conference Registration Rates

Registration includes three days of scientific sessions, ISEH Welcome Reception, Posters with Authors Receptions, and access to ISEH exhibitors. You also will receive breaktime coffees, as well as lunch.
