Abstracts can be submitted from now until Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

There will be a rolling abstract submission deadline beginning October 11, 2024 and closing March 11, 2025. Each month, we will notify successful applicants on the decision. If you require a travel visa, we strongly recommend submitting your abstracts and applying for your visa as early as possible to avoid delays or refusals.

Requirements

• Abstracts should be written in English
• Limited to 300 words
• Formatted using the following sections headers: Purpose, Background/Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
• Do not include figures, tables or references.
• Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral or electronic poster presentations.
